TaskFlow ("we", "our", or "us") operates the TaskFlow mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and username. When you complete tasks, we record your task completions and earnings. When you request a withdrawal, we collect your payment destination (PayPal email or bank account details via Stripe's secure platform).
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain our service, process your earnings and withdrawals, verify task completions through our advertising partners, communicate with you about your account, and improve our app.
TaskFlow works with advertising partners (such as BitLabs, Lootably, CPX Research, and others) to provide earning opportunities. When you complete a task, our advertising partners may collect information about your device and task completion. Each partner has their own privacy policy. We also use PayPal and Stripe to process payments. Your payment information is handled directly by these services and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt hashing. Authentication uses JSON Web Tokens (JWT). Payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant services (PayPal and Stripe) — we never store your full bank details on our servers.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile information in the app. To request account deletion, contact us at the email below. If you are in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
TaskFlow is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
